At Dihaaq Perfumes, we strive to provide high-quality products and an excellent customer experience. However, we understand that certain situations may require order cancellation, return, or refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which such requests will be accepted.
This policy governs:
- (a) When you may return a product purchased from us
- (b) When you may be eligible for a refund
- (c) When and how you may cancel an order
Please note that due to hygiene standards, legal requirements, and business obligations, certain restrictions apply. In some cases, brand-specific or product-specific guidelines may apply, which shall prevail over this policy where applicable..
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if:
(a) You receive a faulty or defective product (e.g., damaged or leaked attar/perfume bottle);
(b) You receive a product different from what you ordered;
(c) The product size or variant differs from what was ordered.
Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required):
For any faulty delivery complaint (including damaged product, leaked bottle, missing item, empty or tampered package), an unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must clearly show the unopened package and the complete unboxing process.
- Without an unboxing video, no return, refund, or replacement request will be entertained.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund
What Products Cannot Be Returned?
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- (a) Products that have been used, worn, washed, or tampered with;
- (b) Sealed or branded products once the seal is opened;
- (c) Consumable products once opened;
- (d) Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers.
Conditions for Returning Products
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
(d) Replacement requests are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
(a) The product must be returned in its original condition as received;
(b) All original packaging, labels, tags, and invoices must be intact;
(c) The product must be unused, unopened, and unsoiled;

Your message must include:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Clear images and/or unboxing video (mandatory for damaged, leaked, missing, or tampered products)
- Detailed explanation of the issue
Time Limit for Requests
- Requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Requests raised after 3 days of delivery may not be entertained.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If your return or refund request is approved:
- The customer must courier the product back to us at their own cost.
- Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Once the product is shipped, the customer must share the following details:
- Courier partner name
- Tracking number
- Date of dispatch
📌 Important:
Returns without shared courier/shipping details may not be processed.
Cancellation Policy
(a) Orders cannot be cancelled after 8 hours of placing the order;
(b) If the order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation may be possible upon timely request;
(c) Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Company Rights
Dihaaq Perfumes reserves the right to:
Cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or technical issues.
Reject any return, refund, or replacement request that does not meet the conditions mentioned above;
